IN VIEW OF THE PECULIAR FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES WE ARE OF THE VIE W THAT THE ASSESSEE IS NOT INTERESTED IN PURSUING THE APPEAL HENCE THE APPEAL FILED BY THE ASSESSEE IS LIABLE TO BE UNADMITTED/DISMISSED.
